If you are not satisfied with your purchase, No problem!

You have 14 days to return your purchase from date of delivery. All returns must have tags attached and original packaging. Returns must be free of any markings, make-up etc.. Please note, original shipping charges are Not Refundable.

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. 

We recommend all customers retain proof of postage and tracking information until you have been credited for your return item. We are not responsible for lost/missing or undeliverable packages during return shipping. 

You will receive an email once your return has been accepted. Please allow 7-14 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
